What is an NCHW™ Affiliate?
An NCHW™ Affiliate is an individual or organization authorized by Everyday Life to deliver approved Community Health Worker training after completing the required Affiliate training and onboarding process.
Affiliates combine their local knowledge and relationships with a nationally aligned training framework, approved program resources, and ongoing support. This allows them to expand access to high-quality CHW training while meeting established program standards.
