Networks and Associations
We encourage CHWs in Louisiana to connect with the Louisiana Community Health Outreach Network. LACHON serves as a pivotal association for CHWs and outreach workers in Louisiana. Its mission is to support CHWs in their professional roles while advocating for community health improvements. CHWs in Louisiana are encouraged to engage with LACHON for resources, networking opportunities, and advocacy efforts aimed at enhancing community health outcomes
