Biography

Retired federal government worker, widower and mother to four young ladies, grandmother of five, and great-grandmother of one. I became a CHW because I observed the many unattended needs of the people in my community and across this country. I wanted to become a catalyst for change and improvement in the daily health, mental, and social needs of disadvantaged populations. Healthy communities create healthy environments and vice versa. I’m seeking positive change sin how we treat people who are less fortunate than ourselves.
